NOL Red Ticket:

• Ideal for: Tourists and rare passengers
• Validity: for 90 days
• Features: The NOL Red Ticket is a paper Smart Card that can be preloaded for up to 10 single journeys or a day pass for unlimited travel in all modes of transport. It’s ideal for tourists who would just stay in Dubai for a short period and, at the same time, need flexibility. The card can be bought for AED 2 and thereafter topped up depending upon the required number of trips.

NOL Silver Card:

• Ideal for: Frequent travelers
• Validity: 5 years
• Features: The NOL Silver Card is a smart card with an e-purse embedded inside, having a maximum balance of 1000 AED. Provides the greatest prices for frequent voyagers in all manner of transport. It costs AED 25, including AED 19 of credit, and is ideal for those who use public transportation in Dubai frequently. You may keep recharging this card at any RTA-authorized location or online.

NOL Gold Card:

• Ideal for: People who travel by commuting, using premium services.
• Validity: 5 years
• Features: The NOL Gold Card is similar to the Silver Card but allows access to the Gold Class cabins in the Dubai Metro and Tram. These cabins have additional comfort and exclusive seating. Since access is at a premium, the fares are higher for users of the Gold Card. Still, all the benefits of a regular NOL card, such as seamless travel across different modes, can be availed. The Gold Card also costs AED 25 with AED 19 of the initial credit.

NOL Blue Card (Personalised Card):

• Ideal for: Residents, frequent commuters and students
• Validity: 5 years
• Features: NOL Blue Card is a personalized card that offers all the benefits of the Silver and Gold Cards, except for some added features such as secure online services, recovery of your balance in case the card gets lost or stolen, and an auto top-up facility. This will be particularly useful to residents who intend to take advantage of the discounts accorded to them, for instance, students, senior citizens, and determination (disabled passengers). The card has a price tag of AED 70 and includes an initial credit of AED 20 in this price.

NOL Special Edition Cards:

• Ideal for: Collectors, those who like special editions and limited edition designs.
• Validity: 5 years
• Features: The NOL Special Edition Cards work like Silver or Gold Cards but with special designs issued for special occasions or events. Such cards are extremely popular among collectors and those people who would like to have a card of different looks.

Tapping In/Out: For using an NOL card, a consumer has to tap the card at the entrance and exit of metro, bus, or tram stations on the nominated card readers. The amount will be automatically deducted, depending upon the distance traveled, from the consumer’s card.

Recharge: You can also recharge your card from any metro station, at the RTA customer service center, or any authorized vending machine. Online recharge can also be done through the RTA portal or NOL Pay App.
